Senior Data Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee complaint and servicing data systems to ensure data integrity and precision
• Transform raw data into structured information and actionable business insights
• Cleanse data and rectify coding errors in computer-generated reports
• Gather data from various sources including databases, APIs, and third-party providers
• Create and maintain processes for generating accurate, timely reports and dashboards
• Design scripts and tools to automatically extract large volumes of data
• Employ statistical techniques to detect, examine, and decode trends within intricate datasets
• Develop data visualizations and charts to support decision-making across departments
• Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or research field (e.g., Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics)
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior analytical role
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R
• Experience with Excel and Power BI
• Exceptional analytical abilities to compile and examine substantial datasets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for non-technical audiences
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) processes
• Expertise with Databricks
