About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee complaint and servicing data systems to ensure data integrity and precision
- Transform raw data into structured information and actionable business insights
- Cleanse data and rectify coding errors in computer-generated reports
- Gather data from various sources including databases, APIs, and third-party providers
- Create and maintain processes for generating accurate, timely reports and dashboards
- Design scripts and tools to automatically extract large volumes of data
- Employ statistical techniques to detect, examine, and decode trends within intricate datasets
- Develop data visualizations and charts to support decision-making across departments
- Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or research field (e.g., Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior analytical role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R
- Experience with Excel and Power BI
- Exceptional analytical abilities to compile and examine substantial datasets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
- Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) processes
- Expertise with Databricks
