Senior Data Product Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead data product initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning for data enablement and capabilities across multiple platforms.
• Analyze complex data product challenges to drive enablement strategies, roadmaps, and architecture design.
• Resolve data product issues independently while ensuring alignment with the integration needs of line of business partners.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to design optimal data product solutions and analytics applications.
• Provide input on new use case intake, prioritization, and product roadmap definition.
• Manage complex datasets with a focus on consumer needs while adhering to data governance and standards.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, specifications, and flows throughout the data product life cycle.
• Serve as a liaison between data management, product teams, data engineering, and architecture teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of data product or data management experience.
• Advanced SQL skills, including data movement, interpretation, and trend development.
• Strong background in Data Analysis and Business Analysis.
• Experience working across structured (e.g., Teradata), unstructured (e.g., Hadoop), and cloud (e.g., GCP) environments.
• Expertise in data mapping and data curation.
• Proven product management skills.
• Experience with data governance, data quality controls, and risk assessment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize complex technical work for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of data product or data management experience.
• Expertise in deposit servicing modernization and data provisioning.
• Experience with core banking systems or deposit servicing systems.
• Experience with ADS/ODS implementation.
• Proficiency in Python, Tableau, or Cloud Data Migration.
• Experience with Data Private Cloud (DPC).
