Senior Data Processing Executive

Responsibilities

• Run and validate interim and final tabulations for quantitative research studies
• Ensure tabulations meet internal and client-specific formatting and logic requirements
• Check tabulated data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Support QA processes and documentation to maintain high data standards
• Assist in preparing raw datasets through cleaning, formatting, and consistency checks
• Liaise with scripting and programming teams to ensure accurate data structures
• Work with research and project management teams to meet timelines and deliverables
• Maintain clear documentation of tabulation processes and version control

Requirements

• More than 2 years of data processing experience in a market research agency
• Proficiency in data tabulation software such as Q, Quantum, or SPSS
• Experience with survey data formats like XML and CSV
• Understanding of quantitative research methodologies and questionnaire structures
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical points in an international environment
• High attention to detail and logical troubleshooting abilities
