Senior Data Platform Enablement Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational onboarding of markets onto the OI platform
• Support regional teams in onboarding datasets and building connectors
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks for data onboarding and platform adoption
• Translate technical documentation into clear operational workflows
• Coordinate the onboarding of global and local data sources through connectors
• Track rollout progress across markets and maintain visibility on dependencies
• Identify opportunities to streamline rollout, documentation, and support structures

Requirements

• Experience in data platform operations, analytics platforms, or data infrastructure programs
• Experience supporting global rollouts or platform adoption across multiple markets
• Ability to translate technical systems into clear operational processes
• Strong coordination skills across engineering, product, and business teams
• Experience with data pipelines, connectors, or data ingestion workflows
• Excellent documentation and enablement skills
