Senior Data Planner

Responsibilities

• Support the data planning manager in utilizing measurement tools, attribution models, and media mix modelling
• Produce insightful, actionable campaign reports and optimization recommendations
• Work with Data Scientists, Analysts, and BI specialists to optimize dashboards and integrate data sources
• Identify data signals across customer journeys to inform audience targeting and media flighting
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on data-related matters to enable data-driven decision-making
• Present findings to clients and attend client meetings

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a data function, preferably in an agency environment
• Understanding of media measurement, data principles, and the digital marketing landscape
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
• Experience with website analytics and personalization/testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
• Familiarity with Ad tech (DSP/DMP), Data clean rooms, and privacy safe solutions
• Knowledge of attribution, experimentation, and MMM measurement techniques
• Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills
• Ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
