Senior Data Management Executive

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a comprehensive visitor database to enhance event attendance and engagement
• Gather and organize visitor data from diverse sources including registration forms and surveys
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security in collaboration with the regional Data team
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights regarding visitor demographics and behaviors
• Implement segmentation strategies for targeted marketing and personalized communication
• Oversee telecenter workflows, data entry processes, and staff training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Commercial, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English
• Proven people management skills and a detail-oriented approach
