Senior Data Insights Consultant

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deliver value-adding insights solutions to optimize large-scale communication strategies
• Perform advanced analysis to uncover actionable patterns and trends for client decision-making
• Design and run test-and-learn programs including A/B tests, incrementality, and holdouts
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define strategic business questions and analytical frameworks
• Support or lead data streams on complex, large-scale projects for global brands
• Drive proactive client ideation and identify new data-driven initiatives
• Help drive agentic AI adoption within data and insights workflows
• Provide automated reporting and ad-hoc analyses using dashboards in platforms like Adobe and Salesforce
• Mentor and advise less senior team members to foster technical excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultant or business liaison role related to data, BI, or analytics
• Proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing complex SQL queries
• Experience designing scalable dimensional data models (fact/dimension structures)
• Hands-on experience with DBT transformations and layered architecture
• Ability to build production-ready Power BI semantic models and dashboards using DAX
• Experience with version control using GitHub (branching, PRs, code reviews)
• Familiarity with modern cloud data environments such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Fabric
• Understanding of data structures in martech platforms like Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Exceptional English communication skills for technical and senior business audiences
