Senior Data Insights Consultant

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deliver value-adding insights solutions to optimize large-scale communication strategies
• Perform advanced analysis to uncover actionable patterns and trends for client decision-making
• Design and run test-and-learn programs including A/B tests, incrementality, and holdouts
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and data roadmaps
• Lead data streams on complex, large-scale projects for globally recognized brands
• Drive proactive client ideation and identify new data-driven initiatives
• Support agentic AI adoption within data and insights workflows
• Provide automated reporting and ad-hoc analyses via dashboards in platforms like Adobe and Salesforce
• Mentor and advise junior team members to foster technical excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultant or business liaison role related to data, BI, or analytics
• Proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing complex SQL queries
• Experience designing scalable dimensional data models (fact/dimension structures)
• Hands-on experience with DBT transformations and layered architecture
• Ability to build production-ready Power BI semantic models and dashboards using DAX
• Experience using GitHub for structured branching and code reviews
• Proficiency in modern cloud data environments such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Fabric
• Strong technical stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
• Exceptional English communication skills for data storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting or agency experience
• Marketing domain knowledge
• Familiarity with major martech platforms like Adobe Campaign/AJO or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Interest or experience in AI, agentic frameworks, and machine learning principles
