Senior Data Engineering Developer - Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex UI applications using ReactJS and modern frontend technologies
• Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and coding standards across development teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers through code reviews and design guidance
• Oversee UI performance optimization, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing, unit testing strategies, and CI/CD integration
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Identify technical risks and bottlenecks to drive effective technical decision-making

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong expertise in enterprise data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, and Oracle PL/SQL
• Proven experience designing cloud-native data solutions on Azure, including Data Lakehouse architectures
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend frameworks
• Deep understanding of System Design, Data Structures, and Algorithms
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong knowledge of Git workflows and containerized applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Azure
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity
• Active participation in technical communities or contributions to open-source projects
