Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks on Azure
• Manage data lakes with ADLS Gen2 and optimize data warehouse workloads
• Implement streaming solutions using Event Hubs, Kafka, or Azure Stream Analytics
• Design governance and lineage frameworks with Purview
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver AI-ready datasets for Vision AI and AgentOps workflows
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance with Azure Well-Architected practices

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in data engineering
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Azure data services
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks
• Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, Python, and Scala
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, Terraform)
• Familiarity with ML/AI data workflows and compliance-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure Data Engineer Associate or Architect certification
