Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using Azure services, Databricks, and DBT
• Build and develop transformation logic in DBT and Databricks for advanced data processing
• Set up and manage DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines, releases, and deployments
• Write clean, efficient code in SQL and Python and create DBT models and macros
• Design and author Power BI dashboards
• Integrate APIs and systems, and connect AI models to enterprise workflows
• Work within an Agile environment to handle multiple projects in parallel

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines in Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, Blob Storage)
• Advanced proficiency in Python and PySpark for transforming large datasets
• Experience with streaming and batch processing, including event-driven architectures
• Solid understanding of data modeling and optimization in Azure Databricks (Delta Lake, partitioning)
• Ability to implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Expertise in API and system integration
• Ability to connect AI models with enterprise systems
