About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL/ELT data pipelines for batch and real-time processing
- Integrate enterprise systems using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Develop solutions using Kafka, Spark, and Databricks
- Implement architectures within Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS)
- Ensure data quality, availability, and performance
- Collaborate with data, architecture, and business teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Integration Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Solid experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, or similar)
- Experience with Kafka or event streaming
- Experience with Spark and Databricks
- Proven track record building ETL/ELT pipelines
- Knowledge of APIs and microservices
- Advanced English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lakehouse (Delta Lake)
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Data Mining or Machine Learning
