Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy complex data solutions within scope, quality, and budget constraints
• Design and build complex components for data solutions following architecture and security standards
• Execute testing and validation procedures for implemented solutions
• Identify and resolve defects or incidents detected during testing or production
• Generate technical documentation, change logs, and deployment tasks
• Validate developed solutions with functional users
• Provide technical mentorship and support to junior team members

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Mandatory certification or specialized training in Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
• Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter (IPC) and Databricks
• Proficiency in data administration, management, and profiling using IDQ
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar)
• Experience with analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Data Factory, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Data Lake
• Knowledge of Progress Database
• Experience working with EODS, EDWH, or Medallion architectures
