(Senior) Data Engineer - Integration

Responsibilities

• Integration with core and partner systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Data modeling and performance optimization in PostgreSQL, Firestore, and BigQuery
• Development and deployment of GCP Cloud Functions
• Building event-driven systems with GCP Pub/Sub
• Implementing workflow orchestration with n8n or Airflow
• Integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and building RAG workflows
• Managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions / Cloud Build and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend, Data, or Integration Engineer
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Practical experience with dbt
• Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven architecture
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Native or near-native German language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• GCP experience (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery)
• Workflow tools like n8n or Airflow
• Terraform experience
• Firestore/NoSQL and Vector DBs
• LLM integration experience
