Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable and resilient designs
• Own application components and drive continuous improvement in an agile environment
• Create high-quality, maintainable products using industry best engineering practices
• Build and manage fully automated build, test, and deployment environments
• Work within cross-functional teams including DevOps, Data, UX, and Testing
• Ensure high availability and provide rapid turnaround for production issues
• Pair with other developers to share design philosophy and technical goals

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• 6-8 years of experience in software or data engineering
• Proven experience architecting and implementing cloud solutions on AWS or Azure
• Proficiency in Python development and REST APIs
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)
• Expertise in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of serverless architecture, cloud-native applications, and scalability
• Understanding of AI & ML technologies and ML model management

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications in AWS or Azure
• Experience with MLFlow, AWS SageMaker, Lambda, and Step Functions
