Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and automate existing code repositories in GitHub
• Refactor legacy code to simplify maintenance and reuse
• Design and build modular, reusable code components
• Develop and manage automated data pipelines in Databricks
• Consolidate KPIs and metrics into standardized data structures
• Build and maintain scalable data models for journey analytics
• Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles
• Strong experience with GitHub and version control
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or Snowflake
• Proven experience refactoring legacy codebases
• Strong understanding of data modeling and reusable component design
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
