Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop data & analytics architectures and roadmaps for various business projects
• Support data management, data governance, and data catalog projects
• Concept and design innovative data integration scenarios and use cases in modern cloud environments
• Develop cloud native business solutions
• Advise customers on digitization strategy and implementation
• Integrate cloud solutions and data platforms into company service structures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a related IT field
• Extensive experience designing and deploying cloud-based data architectures and pipelines
• Proven experience as a cloud data engineer
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python
• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services
• Expertise in real-time data processing (Apache Flink, Apache Beam, or Google Dataflow)
• Knowledge of Big Data tools, Data Warehouse, Data Vault, and Data Catalogs
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and MS Fabric
• Solid knowledge of cloud automation, security, and connectivity
• Strong understanding of data governance and security policies
