Senior Data Diagnostician

Responsibilities

• Oversee the fluid analysis program, including laboratory analysis and data interpretation
• Analyze samples to identify signs of wear, contamination, and potential equipment failures
• Diagnose the root cause of equipment problems based on analysis results and condition monitoring data
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance recommendations
• Track trends in analysis data to identify program improvement opportunities
• Liaise with clients to communicate findings and provide recommendations on sampling techniques
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in testing, analysis, and condition monitoring technologies
• Assist in the development of auto-diagnostic tables and commentary
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality control procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of laboratory experience in data analysis or diagnostics
• Previous mechanical experience or aptitude
• Previous supervisory experience
• Strong mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills
