Responsibilities

• Develop data and analytics solutions to strengthen decision support and operational capabilities
• Design and establish cross-functional data platforms
• Formulate data and digitalization strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Establish and mature data governance, data architecture, and master data processes
• Perform data engineering and architecture, including design of data platforms, integrations, and pipelines
• Support digital infrastructure in operational environments via IT process development within a defense context
• Provide consultancy at the intersection of technology, organization, and people

Requirements

• Experience working within defense or similar operational environments
• Expertise in one or more areas: data engineering, data science, data governance, or data strategy
• Solid technical understanding and ability to translate data into business value
• Experience with project management, stakeholder management, and delivery in complex environments
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Relevant academic degree in data, IT, engineering, economics, or social sciences
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Experience from management or IT consultancy firms
• Documented experience in project management, client development, and team mentoring

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical data solutions and organizational needs
