Senior Data Consultant

Responsibilities

• Define client needs through in-depth discovery and structured interviews
• Perform advanced data analysis and research to solve strategic challenges
• Build and present data-driven strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Develop new business proposals and value propositions for prospective clients
• Contribute to thought leadership, research, and business cases
• Take full ownership of project delivery and workstream alignment
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and interns

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree; MBA or MSc in a quantitative field is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data/analytics, marketing, finance, or tech
• Proven track record of client-facing delivery and problem-solving
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate across multicultural teams
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a strong differentiator
• Passion for data, digital, and the AI economy
