Senior Data Center Technician

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical liaison between technology teams and the Data Center Environment.
• Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of production server hardware and software.
• Execute basic troubleshooting and triage incoming incidents to support DC operations.
• Perform routine maintenance, including replacing failed components and updating firmware.
• Assist with maintaining an accurate parts inventory and using support tools to manage data center activities.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and adhere to established processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Work on a rotating shift basis, including on-call availability.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a Data Center environment.
• Strong background in Linux.
• Knowledge of the Data Center Ecosystem, including cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver timely technical solutions.
