Senior Data Center Site Selection Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and Americas markets
• Lead site-level due diligence including power, utility capacity, fiber availability, and zoning
• Support lease negotiations and commercial structuring in partnership with Real Estate and Legal
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation in Salesforce
• Manage relationships with brokers, landlords, utilities, and consultants
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Capacity Planning, and Finance

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center site selection, infrastructure development, or commercial real estate
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and Americas data center markets and utility infrastructure
• Experience leading commercial lease negotiations and complex due diligence workflows
• Proven ability to manage high-volume project pipelines and multiple concurrent deals
• Strong technical knowledge of power procurement and zoning/permitting requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
