Senior Data Center IT Technician

Responsibilities

• Solve challenging hardware related issues with servers involving in-depth advanced level troubleshooting
• Manage hardware problems, workarounds, and solutions
• Proactively solve L1/L2 tasks through the ticket system
• Update new processes and documentation for the IT hardware team
• Collaborate with L3 Technicians to improve SLA with complex diagnostics
• Improve support processes, documentation, and training materials
• Perform basic level network tasks, troubleshooting, and support

Requirements

• Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment
• Advanced knowledge of IT hardware and practical troubleshooting experience
• Advanced skills working with Unix/Linux operating systems and command line
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, and presentation
• High proficiency in spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting
• Driving license type B
