Senior Data/Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, operations, product, and technology teams to translate complex business questions into data-driven insights
• Use SQL and Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze data across patient, order, claims, CRM, and operations sources
• Develop expertise in healthcare resupply workflows, including eligibility, adherence, and payer requirements
• Identify trends impacting patient adherence, resupply timing, order conversion, and revenue leakage
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to support performance management
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing operational workflows and patient outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, metrics, and analytics infrastructure

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data, business, or healthcare analytics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, and optimization)
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
• Proven experience in the healthcare domain (DME, pharmacy, home health, or chronic disease management)
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations
• Experience analyzing patient orders, claims, payer rules, and revenue cycle data
