Senior Data/Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of diabetes and CGM business workflows, including patient onboarding, eligibility, and resupply.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable data queries, dashboards, and reporting.
• Use advanced SQL and Snowflake to extract and analyze data from patient, provider, payer, and fulfillment systems.
• Analyze CGM resupply performance across patient segments, device types, and payer groups.
• Identify trends related to sensor utilization, reorder timing, shipment frequency, and patient retention.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting and dashboards focused on diabetes and CGM program performance.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decisions regarding CGM growth, resupply optimization, and revenue capture.
• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, and finance teams to improve metric definitions and data quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or healthcare analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and cohort analysis.
• Experience working with Snowflake or a similar modern cloud data warehouse.
• Proven experience supporting healthcare programs related to diabetes, CGM, pharmacy, or chronic disease management.
• Strong understanding of patient resupply models, including eligibility, payer requirements, and shipment cadence.
• Ability to analyze large, complex datasets across patient, claims, and operational domains.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Continuous Glucose Monitoring products or DME/pharmacy distribution models.
• Experience with BI or visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, and secure handling of patient information.
• Experience analyzing claims, prescription, authorization, or revenue cycle data.
