Senior Data Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform foundational labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using in-house tools to support the development of generative AI and large language models
• Maintain strict confidentiality to ensure customer privacy
• Analyze root causes and identify error patterns to propose solutions for enhancing labeling quality
• Identify operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and suggest improvements to unblock operations
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch
• CEFR C1+ fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong business writing skills and advanced reading comprehension
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience with task execution and research using open-source resources
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing strategies
• Experience in project coordination or managing stakeholder relationships
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
