Senior Data Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the data foundation for the GPU marketplace
• Work with leadership to define, build, and deliver critical business metrics
• Bridge the gap between technical AI infrastructure and business needs
• Transform complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
• Shape the data analytics function from the ground up

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably at a technical startup
• Strong SQL and Python scripting skills
• Expertise in data debugging and ensuring data correctness
• Experience with dashboard development and BI tools (Hex, Metabase, PostHog, or similar)
• Ability to articulate complex data insights to leadership
• Experience working with highly technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GPU compute infrastructure or cloud computing
• Background in AI infrastructure or related technical domains
• Data engineering skills or familiarity with data pipeline development
• Experience at high-growth, early stage, technical companies
