Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to define business questions and shape test-and-learn plans.
• Support the design and evaluation of marketing tests, including A/B tests, holdout strategies, and geo tests.
• Analyze campaign and channel performance across audiences, offers, and customer journeys to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business insights, executive-ready summaries, and actionable recommendations.
• Build a strong understanding of marketing measurement practices, including incrementality, attribution, and performance tracking.
• Work across analytics, marketing, client success, and operations teams to improve consistency in measurement and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or performance measurement.
• Strong understanding of marketing measurement, performance analysis, and test design.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings for non-technical audiences.
• Structured problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with marketing performance data and measurement frameworks in a business environment.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional and global teams, specifically collaborating with stakeholders in the USA.
