Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Brand Lift studies (BLS) across various channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Nielsen
• Perform critical performance analysis and create final reports connecting media metrics to brand health and business intent
• Build and present strategic defenses to clients and leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights
• Optimize processes by identifying bottlenecks in data flows and media operations
• Maintain and evolve management dashboards using tools like Looker Studio
• Partner with Media and Planning teams to define KPIs and validate tactical media plans

Requirements

• Solid experience in BI for Media and digital advertising ecosystems
• Practical experience with Brand Lift tools and third-party research (Nielsen, Kantar)
• Proficiency in Data Visualization and storytelling through structured presentations
• Intermediate to advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills
• Intermediate to advanced English for reading global documentation and participating in international meetings
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and BigQuery

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced incrementality methodologies like Conversion Lift (CLS), Geo-tests (MMT), or Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to optimize analytical routines
• Basic programming knowledge in Python or R
