Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to track program performance, including schedule, cost, and resource utilization
• Support the development and administration of project tracking solutions in Smartsheet
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Build and implement API-driven data pipelines
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to support program reviews and leadership decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Supply Chain, to understand reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis or metrics reporting
• 10+ years of experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs
• 10+ years of experience developing data pipelines or ETL processes
• 10+ years of experience with Unix/Windows, SQL, and designing API-driven data pipelines
• 10+ years of experience with Tableau and Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
• Strong understanding of project and program management concepts
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights
