Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously elevate ShopMy’s data foundation, ensuring data is reliable, scalable, and easy to use
• Design, build, and maintain data models and pipelines in Snowflake
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and validation systems to proactively identify data and product issues
• Audit and improve data quality across sources, tracking, and transformations
• Improve data usability and accessibility across the business and support BI on a strong foundation
• Conduct analyses to identify and quantify opportunities to improve product performance and drive business impact
• Partner with Product and Engineering on tracking strategy, feature development, and product performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data & Analytics
• Expert SQL skills with experience working with large, complex datasets
• Strong experience with business intelligence tools, data modeling, and data visualization
• Experience with experimentation and measurement (A/B testing, incrementality, attribution)
• Experience with scripting languages like Python for analysis and automation
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Heap, or Mixpanel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to enhance analysis or automate repetitive work
• Experience in E-commerce, SaaS, Agencies, or Social industries
