Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders in Business and Operations to identify improvements in retention, revenue, and operational efficiency
• Lead high-complexity, end-to-end analytical initiatives to uncover root causes behind key performance metrics
• Design and validate KPI frameworks to ensure consistency and cross-team alignment
• Create executive-ready storytelling and structured presentations to align stakeholders
• Integrate dashboards, forecasting, and reporting into daily business decision-making processes
• Translate insights into strategic decisions regarding roadmap, prioritization, and resource allocation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics roles (Business, Product, Growth, B2B, or Operations)
• Demonstrated ownership of KPI frameworks and measurable impact on revenue or efficiency
• Strong SQL skills for building and optimizing complex queries
• Deep understanding of retention and performance metrics (LTV, churn, utilization, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytical projects end-to-end
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic thought partner
• Structured, rigorous analytical thinking with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketplace, subscription, or SaaS businesses
• Exposure to B2B revenue models or customer support operations
• Hands-on experience with Looker and Snowflake
