Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic workflows using LLMs to decompose tasks and invoke tools/APIs
• Build retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and hybrid search pipelines for clinical and operational data
• Develop scalable microservices, APIs, and cloud solutions using Big Data technologies
• Leverage LLMs through prompt engineering, grounding, and domain adaptation for healthcare
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure model faithfulness, bias, and quality
• Partner with data engineering to build feature stores and embeddings pipelines on Spark/Databricks
• Own MLOps/LLMOps including CI/CD for models, versioning, and automated testing
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and integrate PHI/PPI safeguards and encryption
• Analyze customer requirements and assist in defining technical architecture and roadmaps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Cloud Platform Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in Azure Databricks, Spark optimization, and architecture design
• 2+ years of experience in GenAI solution development involving LLMs, RAG, LangGraph, or AI agents
• Experience leading technical teams and driving enterprise AI adoption
