About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify key success metrics to evaluate marketing performance and business objectives
- Analyze correlations between business outcomes and marketing initiatives
- Translate business challenges into actionable analytics projects
- Deliver cross-channel, brand-level views of performance and recommendations
- Develop marketing experiments to understand the impact of paid media and creator campaigns
- Leverage data from Adobe Analytics, Gamesight, Salesforce, and Datorama
- Work with Data Science to utilize predictive analytics for viewership and media campaigns
- Assist with budget planning to determine optimal campaign spend
Requirements
- 4+ years of analytical experience with 3+ years in paid media and marketing analytics
- Experience in marketing or performance analytics for paid media and content creators
- Proficiency in SQL, R/Python, Tableau, and other data visualization tools
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data infrastructure
- Familiarity with paid media measurement like CAPI, brand lift surveys, and conversion lift studies
- Knowledge of statistical methods including regression and hypothesis testing
- Fluency in French
