Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply analytical frameworks to solve complex business problems
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Operations to influence business objectives
• Build intuitive and impactful dashboards to enable data-informed decision-making
• Synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences
• Mentor and inspire junior analysts within the team

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Hands-on experience using Tableau or other BI tools for reporting and analysis
• Proven track record of leveraging data to influence business decisions
• Fluency in English, both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing a small team
