Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Solve complex business problems through data-driven insights, ranging from LTV forecasting to custom attribution modeling.
• Develop and update LTV forecasting models to support traffic evaluation and business model iterations.
• Build custom attribution models to accurately distribute costs and revenue across various traffic sources.
• Design testing frameworks for creative production, enabling rapid decision-making through A/B testing and concept validation.
• Optimize data pipelines and quality control for external integrations using MySQL, BigQuery, AirFlow, and API services.
• Act as a proactive partner to stakeholders, driving analytical initiatives from ideation to implementation rather than just fulfilling requests.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure information in high-uncertainty environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts simply and defend analytical decisions.
• Experience managing end-to-end analytical projects.
• Background in marketing, finance, investment, or data engineering is highly valued.
