Senior Data Analyst, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze structured and unstructured data from Snowflake, Intacct ERP, SFDC, and other internal systems
• Develop data collection tools, analytical models, and processes
• Build and maintain analytics reporting for business performance and key company metrics
• Support internal customers with analytical needs such as customer and transaction profitability analysis
• Manage assigned projects independently from objective setting to milestone completion
• Drive high quality forecasting and variance analysis through data modeling
• Establish strong relationships with cross-functional business partners
• Prepare data for management and investor communications
• Participate in initiatives related to system integration, data infrastructure, and governance

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working with SQL and relational data
• Proficiency with advanced SQL functions like window functions and complex joins
• Solid grasp of financial and accounting concepts
• Experience with Excel, ERPs, and financial planning or business intelligence tools
• Exposure to automating processes and data pipeline designs
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Snowflake and Snowflake Machine Learning
• Ability to work with nuanced data and ambiguity
