Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data projects from scoping and modeling to delivery and stakeholder adoption
• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to influence product decisions
• Develop AI-powered tools and automations to streamline data extraction and reporting
• Monitor key metrics for anomalies and implement fixes in models or dashboards
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and data models to surface KPIs to leadership
• Apply a product-minded lens to surface trends and deliver data-driven recommendations
• Partner with product, finance, compliance, and engineering to ensure BI tool accuracy
• Communicate findings to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations
• Support data governance through metadata management and documentation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role
• Advanced SQL skills
• Hands-on data modeling experience (e.g., dbt)
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Proficiency with GitHub for source control
• Strong communication skills and ability to earn stakeholder trust

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying AI tools and building automations in an analytics context
• Understanding of sports betting or customer behavior analysis
• Experience working in a product-driven environment
