Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams to drive data-driven planning and decision-making, specializing in Business Intelligence.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights, predictions, and recommendations that deliver clear business value.
• Design and deliver impactful visualizations through user-friendly, compelling dashboard designs.
• Partner with Data and Analytics Engineers to define data requirements, foundational datasets, and ensure high-fidelity tracking.
• Support the Finance and CEO office teams by enabling self-service data capabilities and contributing to strategic planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role with a strong focus on business intelligence.
• High proficiency in SQL and other querying languages.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to connect data narratives to commercial outcomes.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail regarding data quality and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a VPN or subscription-based company background.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior analysts and fostering a culture of best practices.
