Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner in cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, specializing in Payments analytics.
• Design and evaluate experiments for payment-related initiatives, such as new payment methods and localized currency.
• Partner with web and backend developers to define analytics tracking requirements and ensure implementation accuracy.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights, predictions, and recommendations to solve business challenges.
• Deliver impactful insights through compelling visualizations and user-friendly dashboard designs.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineers to define data requirements and ensure high-fidelity tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, growth, or payments analytics.
• Hands-on experience working with payments data (e.g., authorization flows, decline codes, or subscription billing).
• High proficiency in SQL and other querying languages.
• Experience with Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on framing problems through a commercial lens.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to use storytelling to deliver insights to business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a subscription-based e-commerce company.
• Proven ability to mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of peer review and best practices.
