Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct the Data Discovery phase to elicit business and data requirements.
• Review BI architecture and apply Big Data, DWH, and Data Lake concepts to support business functions.
• Analyze data sources and document requirements using data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and user stories.
• Identify data quality and consistency issues and propose effective solutions.
• Design functional solutions, including conceptual and logical data models.
• Define requirements for data ingestion, validation, cleaning, processing, and ETL.
• Apply data modeling standards such as data dictionaries, data lineage, and source-to-target mapping.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation through requirement refinement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in data storytelling.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL or NoSQL engines.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, specifically Agile and Planned Iterative.
• Solid understanding of programming languages.
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
• Experience working on large international projects within multicultural teams.
