Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and build gold-standard data assets and semantic features
• Deliver advanced analyses and insights to drive product and growth decisions
• Create compelling reports and dashboards to highlight opportunities and risks
• Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and ensure alignment
• Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, and Product teams to maintain robust pipelines
• Peer-review and provide feedback on the work of other data analysts
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and performance
• Implement version control practices and monitor for data issues

Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics, data engineering, or BI roles
• Advanced SQL and Python skills
• Strong experience with data modelling
• Proficient knowledge of distributed computing and PySpark
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Databricks
• Proficiency in behavioral analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
• Ability to mentor junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data governance
• Strong Tableau or equivalent BI tool expertise
• Prior experience in gaming, streaming, or digital entertainment industries
• Familiarity with large-scale event-driven data and performance tuning
