Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of data migration projects, including data cleansing, ETL processes, reconciliation, and final client acceptance.
• Work closely with the Lead Data Migration to deliver the data migration framework and strategy.
• Collaborate with senior functional consultants, local business process owners, and technical subject matter experts to assess legacy data quality.
• Run data mapping and validation workshops to gather requirements and assist key users with validation.
• Identify, define, and document data migration requirements and communicate them to the project team.
• Oversee SI Data Migration Technical Analysts and ensure deliverables are produced on time and meet quality standards.
• Act as a point of escalation for data issues during the design, build, test, cutover, and hyper-care phases.
• Raise, assign, and track data migration defects to completion.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience specifically in D365 F&O data migration.
• Proven track record of leading data migration projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O.
• Expertise in the Data Management Framework.
• Deep understanding of ETL processes, data cleansing, and master data management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and technical teams to meet reporting and processing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing a team of technical analysts.
• Strong background in data enrichment and data readiness assessment.
