Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from manufacturing execution systems (MES), automated machinery, and manual operation logs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, throughput, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Identify production bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to address data-driven challenges.
• Support predictive maintenance efforts by analyzing equipment data to forecast potential failures.
• Document data analysis processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.

Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience (or an Advanced Degree in a related field).
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, specifically with automated and manual assembly.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with analytical tools including SQL, Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, robotics, and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT and machine learning.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems.
