Senior Data Analyst, Clinical & Commercial Analytics

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of analytics requests across Commercial and Medical Affairs teams
• Perform end-to-end data analysis using Python, SQL, and Tableau
• Translate complex questions into well-defined, efficient analyses
• Generate insights to support commercial, medical, safety, and marketing narratives
• Manage competing priorities and maintain a transparent backlog in JIRA
• Build stakeholder-facing dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
• Collaborate with Data Science and Cloud Engineering teams to operationalize metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or life sciences field
• 5+ years of data analysis experience in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau
• Ability to independently own analytics workstreams under competing priorities
• Strong communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in diabetes, metabolic disease, or automated insulin delivery systems
• Experience with real-world device data and outcomes analytics
• Experience integrating CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) with clinical data
• Familiarity with JIRA for work management
• Experience in a production analytics environment collaborating with engineering teams
