Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven insights
• Present findings and performance insights to technical and non-technical audiences
• Query large-scale datasets using SQL in cloud environments like AWS Athena
• Clean, manipulate, and transform complex datasets using Python
• Build analytical frameworks, forecasting models, and scalable reporting solutions
• Design and support experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and incrementality analysis
• Design and deliver custom data products such as dashboards and analytical tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or consulting analytics
• Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy)
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance
• Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s/MBA)
• Experience in recruitment marketing, HR tech, or performance marketing
• Familiarity with attribution modeling or multi-touch measurement
• Experience working with large-scale event or clickstream data
• AWS ecosystem experience
