Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for analytical insights to inform decision-making
• Own analytical projects from problem definition and data extraction to interpretation and communication of findings
• Deliver predictive modeling, such as customer wait times or future call demand
• Perform customer segmentation based on usage patterns
• Design and implement new dashboards for business users
• Ensure regular, error-free reporting on business performance
• Share findings using impactful data visualizations and efficient communication
• Train department members in best practices for data use and analysis techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably working with large datasets and experimentation
• High proficiency in SQL for extracting data from large databases
• Expert Excel skills, including the ability to build complex spreadsheets
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong business sense
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting
• Proficiency in data analysis packages such as R or Python
• Experience with dashboarding and visualization software like Tableau
