Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and interactive dashboards.
• Use SQL and Python to query, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Transform analytical findings into compelling narratives that connect data insights with business strategies for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in data visualization and user-centric design to deliver impactful and actionable reports.
• Collaborate with international teams on global projects, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing across regions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• BA/BS/MS in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design).
• Advanced expertise in SQL for querying and data preparation.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) for communicating with international stakeholders.
• Experience using Python for statistical analysis.
• Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to connect insights to business impact.
• Deep understanding of data visualization best practices and user-centric design principles.
