Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the inbound funnel metrics end-to-end from landing to conversion
• Build multi-touch attribution models to identify high-performing channels
• Measure channel and campaign performance across email, paid media, social, events, and SEO
• Connect marketing activities to revenue by modeling CAC, conversion, payback, and cohort LTV
• Author dbt models on BigQuery integrating HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Amplitude
• Own marketing data models, the semantic layer, and lead-data quality
• Provide analytical partnership to demand generation and RevOps teams

Requirements

• Proven analytics experience supporting marketing, growth, or RevOps in B2B SaaS or fintech
• Expert SQL skills for complex analysis and reusable datasets
• Commercial experience with dbt and cloud data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake
• Experience with modern BI tools and integrated semantic layers (e.g., Omni, Looker)
• Deep knowledge of the marketing stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
• Expertise in attribution, funnel metrics, CAC, and LTV
• Strong communication skills to translate analysis into actionable narratives

Preferred Qualifications

• Python for deeper data analysis
• Experience with paid-media analytics, SEO, or marketing experimentation
