Senior Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the 24/7 SOC to ensure high-fidelity monitoring and rapid threat response
• Oversee enterprise security functions including cloud services, IAM, and endpoint security
• Execute a multi-year security roadmap with a focus on AI integration and automation
• Partner with GRC teams to ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA
• Manage the security budget, vendor selection, and contractor teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3-4 years in a management role
• Proven track record managing SOC operations and incident response
• Hands-on experience securing cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerability management tools like Tenable, Qualys, or Wiz
• Familiarity with AI-driven security analytics and automation
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or SANS/GIAC
